Subject matter: The science and application of Essentrics flexibility and therapeutic exercises.

After completing level 3 you will understand how to use flexibility and therapeutic exercises in Essentrics to help your clients safely and quickly improve their flexibility.

You will also understand how flexibility can be used to increase the rate of healing while learning how to adapt the exercises to special populations such as runners and spinners.

Duration Approximately 4-8 weeks

Written Exam: Three written essays, a maximum of one double spaced page each topic, explaining the technical breakdown of therapeutic exercises and techniques in regards to flexibility (including common corrections, misconceptions and mistakes).
