Step 2 to becoming a certified Essentrics instructor.
Deepen your understanding of the Essentrics workout by mastering the unique trademark exercises.
Trademark exercises are the backbone of the Essentrics program and are in large part what sets Essentrics apart from other fitness programs. The live workshops help you best understand the exercises and sequences, how they help to rebalance the full body muscular skeleton, improve posture, relieve pain and fundamentally change the shape of the body.
This Level 2 workshop will help deepen your understanding of how and why these exercises are so effective and will give you the tools in order to teach these unique exercises and sequences. The “trademarks” are a large part of why Essentrics increases flexibility and strengthens the body so effectively.

Cost: $450 (includes Certification Level 2 package) or $340 workshop alone

Prepare to work hard in this practical workshop where you will learn how to execute, teach and analyze every trademark sequence. You’ll learn the science, anatomy and techniques behind each movement, as well as how they rebalance the entire muscular skeleton, stimulate the neuromuscular system and improve posture. You will also learn modifications, corrections and teaching tricks to help you change the shape and health of your clients’ bodies. Get ready for two full days of exercise in this hands-on practical workshop.
By the end of the two days you will be expected to choreograph your own sequence (4 to 5 minute song) using the trademark exercises from the Level 2 training. As you teach your sequence you will be tested on your ability to balance the body, explain the anatomy, demonstrate the sequences, and move smoothly through the appropriate transitions, as well as answer questions about your sequence.
We want Essentrics instructors to be thinking instructors. We expect you to take your understanding of Essentrics to as deep a level as possible, using to the technique to improve your clients’ fitness and health.
Workshops are fun, educational and essential in becoming a master trainer.

This intensive workshop is offered to Certified Essentrics Group Fitness Instructors only. This practical workshop will show you how to analyze an individual’s level of flexibility and the overall mechanical health of their body. In it, we will discuss key indicators of common imbalances in the body and current and future health issues that could arise from these imbalances. We show how to effectively use Essentrics in treating back pain, knee pain, sciatica and other common non-medically caused aches and pains. Using all the knowledge gained in levels 1 to 4, you will learn how to create a targeted program for your private clients.
In addition we will show you how to analyze individual and group sports athletes and teach you how to structure programs targeted at all ages and levels of athletes. The following will be covered; injury healing and prevention, warm ups, cool downs and performance enhancement techniques. You will learn how to sequence exercises in a variety of different combinations for optimal results for both athletes and personal training clients. Sequencing and class lay-outs can vary greatly according to the age, health and ultimate goal of your clients. A high-performance athlete training for a major event needs a different sequence of exercises than a beginner athlete .
