Dear Classical Stretch Fans:
I am extremely excited to introduce you to a new program that I have been working on for several years; it's called ESSENTRICSTM. ESSENTRICSTM is an off shoot of Classical Stretch, using movements that you are already familiar with, but putting the emphasis on losing weight, getting in shape, and toning the body over all.
Classical Stretch is a technique that can be adjusted to achieve many different results; from weight loss, body sculpting & toning, to increasing your flexibility, relieving pain, or as an athlete improving their over all performance. There is an enormous demand for non-agressive weight loss programs that help make the muscles leaner and stronger. ESSENTRICSTM strengthens the muscles as they are being lengthened, leaving that wonderful elegant look that students like about Classical Stretch.
I've been teaching this off shoot of Classical Stretch for over a year now and students have all seen visible differences to their body shapes. My students are so happy with the results from ESSENTRICSTM that we're adding it to the Classical Stretch line of products.

ESSENTRICSTM is a fitness program developed from one of the basic techniques of Classical Stretch: eccentric training. Eccentric training is defined as "strengthening a muscle while it is being lengthened". It is more difficult for the muscles to work when they are being elongated than shortened. Muscles instinctively want to contract as they are being moved. In ESSENTRICSTM, muscles are being continuously pulled away from the center of the body throughout the entire workout.
You'll notice rapid changes on the entire body as it is simultaneoulsy strengthened and lengthened. The strengthening effect results in weight loss while the lengthening leaves the muscles toned and lean.

In my opinion if you are trying to lose weight, a combination of reduced calorie intake and exercise will give you the best results. I hate having to watch what I eat but if I don't I gain weight like everyone else. I feel better and have much more energy when I maintain my current weight, but I love food...good healthy food and fattening junk food.
To keep my weight under control I personally calorie count, everything that I eat I know the calories. We can only burn a limited number of calories each day and that is all we should eat. I can not eat more calories then I burn or I will gain weight, end of the story. I have worked wtih a doctor to know how many calories I need daily, and that is what I try to eat. Daily exercise is essential to burn calories and it helps the metabolism function more effectively. Try to do one of these 30-minute workout 3 to 5 times a week. You'll be thrilled with the results of a leaner more shapely body and an increase in energy and health!
