Dear Miranda,
I just want to say thank you. I have continued to do the exercises with you on your program - adjusting as I needed to due to the situation with my hip. For the first time in a LONG time, I have been able to sleep through the night without waking up several times in pain. I actually woke up with a start a few mornings ago thinking oh my goodness, I slepted all night.
My legs feel stronger and my pants are fitting better. I have actually lost a couple of pounds also.

Good Afternoon Miranda
I wanted to thank you for sharing your expertise. I have been using the Core DVD for about four months. I started just as you said, everyday for one week, now I do it three times a week. I have also been working in Sahra's DVD for upper and lower body or one of your programs airing on my local PBS station several times a week.
I always had poor posture even though I tried to stand up straight, was doing a pilates routine three times a week and lifting light weights three times a week. Things are changing. I saw a significant change in my back pain and after buying a new mattress about a month ago my back pain is almost gone.
Every muscle in my body is more limber and strong. I move better. Stretching the psoas muscle feels so good and now I don't have the pain that I had when I take my daily three mile walk or ride my bike.
I must also thank you for all the little suggestions that you make about posture. I truly didn't know that I should lift my chest up and relax my shoulders. I didn't know where my chin should be. Now I do know and it does make a difference.
