Schedule
After breakfast at the hotel, your day will start with a walk to the studio, followed by a 2 hour class taught by Miranda (9:00AM to 11:00AM).
Afternoons are free time where you can explore the many historic and archeological sites of Montreal, visit museums or galleries or simply shop in the many boutiques. We will organize three optional group meals; Friday dinner, Saturday dinner and Sunday Brunch.
Meals
Breakfast and two group lunchs are included in your Retreat package however we will also organize a few group meals which are optional.
Sunday after class we will take you for brunch to one of our favorite brunch restaurants Chez Levesque; a New York Times reviewed French Bistro. Friday and Saturday evening you will have the choice of exploring the city's restaurants on your own or joining us in some of our favorite haunts.
Friday night we will take you to Jardins Nelson in Old Montreal, a popular open-air restaurant with live jazz, and Saturday night to Tavern on the Green; walking distance from your hotel. We will also give you lists of great restaurants, places to visit and the best shopping areas.
This will be a holiday to remember where you can get in shape and have fun!

Getting To Montreal by Air:
You have 2 options
1- Fly directly into Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau Int. Airport (YUL)
2- Fly into the Burlington Vermont Airport and drive 1hour and 30 minutes to Montreal.
We like to give the Burlington option as flights can sometimes be half the price of those flying directly into Montreal. The drive from Burlington to Montreal is quite easy however it is through the countryside so you will want to have a god set of directions or a GPS in your rental car.
