Weekend Classes at YMCA ESTES PARK – March 10 & 11 2012

Don’t miss your chance to join Miranda Esmonde-White star of PBS fitness series Classical Stretch for a Rocky Mountain fitness weekend.  This weekend features two 2 hour Classical Stretch workouts as well as a lecture on health, anti aging and weight loss, all taught by Miranda.  You will leave this weekend feeling inspired and invigorated.

Location of class and lecture: Giant Track and Teddy’s Teeth in Ramshorn Lodge.
What you need to bring: participant will have to bring their own "yoga Mat" and water bottle.

This summer we are adding an additional fitness holiday to our annual offerings at the Spa Eastman in the Quebec region of the Appalachians Mountains.

This retreat is intended to recharge your batteries with live classes, fresh air, exercise, massages and relaxation. You will go home feeling energized, healthier, relaxed and ready for your next life adventure.

This intimate spa is nestled in the mountains far away from city lights and pollution.  You will enjoy breathing crisp fresh air and experiencing the sounds of nature with birds singing and the wind whistling gently through the trees. This fitness holiday will start with a delicious breakfast and optional walk through the forest.

Class with Miranda is from 10:00 to 12:00 followed by lunch. The afternoon is the time for massages and spa treatments, followed by dinner, an evening walk and relaxation. 

The spa offers many lounging areas with wood burning fireplaces, comfy chairs for reading or relaxing with friends.

Meals

Guest can chose from a variety of meals all prepared with high-quality products –fresh organic produce, complete stone-ground flours, maple syrup and honey as sweeteners.  Spa Eastman’s cuisine is suitable to all diets, from the strictly curative diet to the lavish gourmet, or from the vegetarian, raw food or diet adapted to ones blood type. All this is possible without sacrificing taste or pleasure. Wine is available at dinner for an additional fee.
