Classical Stretch Return policy:
Classical Stretch will refund your product within 30 days of the shipping date. The product must be in it's original packaging and unopened. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. A proof of purchase must be provided for every refund or exchange. (invoice, transaction ID, mailing label, etc)

When asking for refund:
Please send the product back with a note explaining why you are returning your purchase. Classical Stretch will refund the amount in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. Classical Stretch will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping and handling fees. Classical Stretch will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective, incorrect or a result of our error.

When asking for a refund before product has been shipped out:
The payment will be refunded in it's original form. If the original payment was sent using a PayPal account balance or bank account, the funds will be credited back to the sender's account. However, any portion of the original payment, which was funded with a credit card, will be credited back to that card.

Important Notice:
Classical Stretch cannot accept returns purchased elsewhere than from the Classical Stretch web site. Items that are purchased at a retail store, through the PBS TV show or shipped directly by another merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return policy.
