• Canada Post performs parcel deliveries during regular business hours.
• There are no refunds on shipping costs.

All orders are verified for accuracy and fraud prior to shipping and Classical Stretch - The Esmonde Technique reserves the right to refuse any order.

Where is my parcel left if I'm not at home to receive it?

Orders shipped by Expedited Parcel can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a card will be left advising that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Canada Post outlet.
