Men’s Workout: Co-hosted by Alexandre Despatie, this 45-minute Classical Stretch workout is designed specifically for the needs of men. This workout is a general level workout that can be done by men of all levels of fitness.

The workout includes stretches for shoulders, groin, hamstrings, hip release, posture, back pain relief, and more. It is easy to follow with exercises that progress as the participant advances. It has been successfully used by hundreds of high performance athletes, including world Squash Champion Jonathon Power and Olympic diver Alexander Despatie.

Alexandre Despatie is one of Canada’s star athletes. Alexandre won Silver in Diving at the 2004 Olympics and in 2005 became World Champion 3 meter and 1 meter setting a world record. He has been practicing Classical Stretch with Miranda for over 5 years.
