It’s been over 3 years since these titles last appeared in the Classical Stretch store! Our second Vintage Collection “Volume 2” is a compilation of the all time favorite 30-minute Express Workouts along with the re-release of Miranda’s second full body workout. Never aired on television, these workouts mimic the classes that Miranda gives in her own studio.

Our first series filmed in the warm and welcoming Riviera Maya in Mexico, not only are these workouts effective, but also beautiful to look at! The 30-minute workouts, one of our best sellers, offer a slightly more complete workout than the TV series’, which are just under 23 minutes each. The Full Body Volume 2 is a perfect balance of strength and flexibility with 30 minutes of standing work and 30 minutes of floor work for the hamstrings, hips, groin and glutes.

These 4 workouts are a re-packaging of our original DVDs. The Vintage Collection Volume 2 consists of:


1 HR Full Body Workout Volume 2
Upper body stretching and strengthening to improve posture, slenderize the waist and torso, increase flexibility and relieve back pain.  The lower body floor work focuses on deep stretches for hamstrings, hips, groin and glutes, as well as stomach and saddlebag slimming.

Express Oceanside Workout – 30 minutes
This is a standing only workout with a focus on toning the upper body and arms as well as improving posture.

Express Hallways Workout – 30 minutes

This workout consists of standing and barre work exercises.  The focus is on upper body toning combined with deep hamstring and hip stretches.

Express Poolside Garden Workout – 30 minutes

This workout consists of standing and floor work exercises. The focus is on upper body toning plus abdominal and hip strengthening, groin stretches and saddle bag reduction
